DELIVERY

Springwools deliver worldwide. Delivery is the same price no matter where you are in the world, or the size of your order - just €2.95.

We try our best to process and dispatch orders the day they’re placed. In the unlikely event of a delay, you’ll be promptly advised. 

Your order’s delivery method will depend on the size of your order, the delivery destination and the time of day your order is dispatched. Orders within Ireland dispatch by An Post or Fastway Couriers. Small international orders dispatch by regular post, and larger international orders by Priority Parcel Post. Tracking information is provided to you for Irish orders over 250g, European orders over 2kg, and all other international orders over 1kg. Springwools does not accept responsibility for orders that are returned due to non-collection (i.e. returned marked "Not Collected", "Uncollected" or similar by the carrier). The customer accepts responsibility to accept parcels or to contact carrier in the event of non-delivery.

ONLINE RETURNS

If it turns out that a yarn you ordered online isn't as you expected or was ordered in error, we are happy to accept returns within 10 days of our dispatch date (20 days for international sales). We offer credit or exchange for such returns (less actual carriage cost- Springwools sometimes pays more towards carriage than the advertised rate, as the additional charge is offset against your purchases). Outside of this 10-day period, our usual shop Returns Policy applies (below).

 

SPRINGWOOLS SHOP RETURNS POLICY 

In addition to your Statutory Rights, we’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided yarn is unused, and we still have the same dye lot in stock. We offer an exchange or credit note for such returns.

Please keep your receipt. Without it, we can’t verify the price you paid and so can only offer an exchange/credit to the value of the item’s lowest recent sale price.

Sorry! But we cannot accept returns of yarn quantities over one kilo, buttons, books, patterns, needles, sale items, or special orders.
