The Galway Wool Co-op are a farmer-owned and run co-operative supplying Galway Wool which is an Irish grown bio-fibre. Galway Wool is rare heritage wool grown with care and pride from our native Irish Breed of Sheep.

The Galway Wool Co-op farmers, who are proud of their Irish heritage, know that healthy sheep are happy and productive animals. We work with care and compassion, to shepherd our flocks in tandem with nature.

All of the Galway Wool Co-op wool comes from Pure Bred Galway Sheep that have a Registered Pedigree, ensuring our partners are producing and creating with authentic Native Irish Wool.

This is a traditional Galway hardwearing pure Irish Aran Wool.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
This yarn is scoured and ready for immediate wear.  We recommend a gentle 30C hand wash, and dry flat.

Returns Policy

If it turns out that a yarn you ordered online isn't as you expected or was ordered in error, we are happy to accept returns within 10 days of our dispatch date and 20 days for international sales, provided yarn is unused, and we still have the same dye lot in stock.

We cannot accept returns of yarn quantities over one kilo, buttons, books, patterns, needles, sale items, or special orders.
