The tactile teddies knitted in our Truffle yarn have embroidered features and soft, textured fur to make them safe and fun for young children whilst appealing to all ages. Careful attention to the clothes means they have been designed and made to fit the teddies perfectly and make dressing the bears easy. Returns Policy

If it turns out that a yarn you ordered online isn't as you expected or was ordered in error, we are happy to accept returns within 10 days of our dispatch date and 20 days for international sales, provided yarn is unused, and we still have the same dye lot in stock.

We cannot accept returns of yarn quantities over one kilo, buttons, books, patterns, needles, sale items, or special orders.
