This Gift Voucher cannot be used in-store.
When you order an online gift voucher you will receive an order confirmation email. You will then receive a separate email with your voucher code. You can then forward that email to the lucky person you wish to send the voucher to.
Please note: Voucher code emails can only be sent during office hours (Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm)
There is no delivery charge for this product if it is ordered on it's own. If your order also contains any physical items, our standard delivery charge will be applied.
Delivery Info: FREE delivery on orders over €60 within the Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland.

Returns Policy: If it turns out that a yarn you ordered online isn't as you expected or was ordered in error, we are happy to accept returns within 10 days of our dispatch date and 20 days for international sales, provided yarn is unused, and we still have the same dye lot in stock.
We cannot accept returns of yarn quantities over one kilo, buttons, books, patterns, needles, sale items, or special orders.
