Delivery & Collection

Springwools delivers worldwide. Due to the lack of postal services, we are currently unable to ship to Kazakhstan, Israel, Russia or Belarus.

Bulky items such as knitting machine tables will incur an additional shipping fee of €12 for international orders.

We try our best to process and despatch all orders on the day they’re placed. In the event of a delay, you’ll be promptly advised. If you place an order outside of office hours (Office hours: Mon – Fri, 9am – 5.30pm), we will despatch your order on the next working day.

Orders are sent using An Post. Small international orders are despatched by regular post, and larger international orders by Priority Parcel Post. Springwools reserves the right to choose alternative shipping methods, including postage stamps for smaller items.

Springwools does not accept responsibility for orders that are returned due to non-collection. Claims for loss in transit or non-delivery must be notified to us within 30 days of the order date. The customer accepts responsibility to receive parcels or to contact the carrier in the event of non-delivery.

We offer a collection service for online orders. These orders can be collected from our Dublin 12 premesis. You can select to have your order collected at the checkout stage of your order. Once your order is ready for collection you will be notified by email.

All orders must be collected within 90 days, after this point any uncollected order will be deemed forfeited.
